Newcastle end Spurs unbeaten streak

Tottenham Hotspur v Newcastle United - Premier League

Tottenham Hotspur 14 games unbeaten streak came to an end yesterday at the Lane, thanks to a very determined and hard fought 2-1 victory by Newcastle.

I want to use this space to rant.

Spurs.

Spurs.

SPURS!

I never ask for much, but it’s like EVERY TIME there’s a great opportunity for the team to move closer to the top, they draw or lose. Yesterday, they only had one duty: to win. Winning would’ve moved them to 4th place on the PL table in front of Manchester United with 29 points. But noooo, Spurs just had to lose the game and they think that is going to stand well with fans?

They started off well and frizzled out in the second half. Losing was imminent given their display, but they need to redeem themselves. I won’t stand for losing or drawing constantly.

Here’s a photo of Hugo Lloris out on the town with his team last evening. Still doesn’t look to happy about that lost.
