On Sunday, Olivier Giroud scored a stinging scorpion kick against Crystal Palace earning him an early contender for goal of the season.
And it was wickedly delicious!
Last evening, the Frenchman help Arsenal come back from 3-1 against Bournemouth by being involved in all 3 goals (2 assists), the equalizer he ended up scoring (3-3). Continue to do you, boy!
The last 32 fixtures of the Europa League draw looks kind of interesting where it concerns the likes of Tottenham and Lyon. Had they performed better in the Champions League this season, they wouldn’t be playing for the last 16 in the Europa.
Tottenham just put in a masterclass performance against Manchester City running away with a 2-0 victory at the White Hart Lane. Despite Kolarov scoring an own goal to put Spurs ahead in the 9th minute, it was all Spurs. City did improve in the 2nd half, but Spurs wouldn’t let them pass. Lloris was a tough wall to break while Bravo sometimes fumbled on the other end.
Dele Alli scored the winner in the 37th minute and Erik Lamela had his penalty save by Bravo in the 65th minute. It was a well-deserved performance from the boys in white at the lane and I am delighted for them.
Pep Guardiola is cleaning house and he isn’t afraid to do so.
Samir Nasri has joined Sevilla on a season-long loan. I think this is a good benefit for the Spanish side.
Valencia has confirmed a season-loan deal with Eliaquim Mangala.
Meanwhile, Torino has completed a season-long loan deal to Serie A side, Torino. This should be a lesson to the Englishman to try and prove himself worthy once again. Hart has made 346 appearances for City over 10 seasons.
All the best boys!

It was on this deadline transfer day back in 2012 that Hugo Lloris left Lyon behind for Spurs.
